Refund policy

We have a No refund policy on when Customer changes his/her mind on the product or no longer requires it , which also includes any shipping delays on our end which makes customer changes his/her mind or no longer require the product. However, we will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, With Box, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at liquorstar71@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, We will send u  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims received after 24 hrs. will not be accepted. PLEASE DON'T ACCEPT ORDERS FROM COURIER DRIVERS IF YOU SUSPECT THE BOX IS LEAKING OR MAKING BROKEN SOUND ON SHAKING. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Items Over $150 in Value and Special order products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CANCELLATION

In the event that You want to cancel an order You may call us at the telephone number provided on our Website, and request the cancellation within 60 minutes of completing the order. An order is ‘complete’ when You have received confirmation of payment. We will provide a refund of the price of the Goods ordered, with 10% cancellation fee charged. If You do not call within 60 minutes but You still wish to cancel the order, We will provide a refund of the price of the Goods ordered minus a 15% cancellation fee (in our sole discretion).

CHANGING AN ORDER

In the event that You wish to change an order You may contact us at the telephone number or email address provided on our Website, and request the change as soon as reasonably possible after completing the order.
