This classic cocktail is a variation of a cocktail created in the 1860s. It was originally known as "Milano-Torino" because Campari is from Milan and Cinzano is from Turin.

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.

2. Pour 30ml of Campari and 30ml of red vermouth over the ice.

3. Top with club soda.

4. Garnish with an orange slice.
